People say courses are digital gold.

But few have a proper way to sell them (or sell them at scale) to actually turn them into gold.

Loading...

I know some people do live workshops, webinars, masterclasses - you name it. The concept is the same:

  • Deliver value

  • Give something tangible for free

  • Pitch an offer while people wait to get the free stuff

And it works.

Among all of the ways you can sell online this is the best one - you’re showing your face talking to people directly, building trust, inspiring them to take action.

This is the closest to the influence you have when you sell in person (which is the most effective way there is).

The problem?

Who has the time to do that?!

I have my 9-5, I can’t dedicate a month to prepare and promote, then 3 hours live in a working day to deliver.

Plus: it’s a one-time thing.

The next one you can do 3 months later (earliest).

For my data-driven, all-in-automations mind, that’s super inefficient.

It’s hard work.

I didn’t want to sell harder.

I wanted to sell smarter.

So I built a funnel that sells while I sleep.

And it made me $2,108 in 10 days, currently making $300/day.

The $300/day fautomation framework

And I’ve just started.

So here’s the full breakdown: strategy, structure, tech stack, funnel - and every lesson that made it work.

1. Why I Built It

Courses are a good way to scale to $10k/month.

Before I launched this funnel, I was at stable $4-$5k/month but I saw a bottleneck - I could easily scale to $10k if I push my coaching, but my time is limited.

I’d been watching creators scale through webinars.

Big names. Quiet operators. All selling with free masterclasses.

But I’d never tried it myself.

And if I was going to, I wanted to do it right.

No endless testing. No guessing. Just data, structure, and execution.

Because recording a masterclass isn’t a small task.

Video scripting. Slides. Offers. Pitch delivery.

If I’m giving my weekends to record, it better sell while I rest.

2. The Research

Most people overlook, or worse, entirely skip that step. Big mistake.

Before I built anything, I studied everything.

This is the way I approached Medium and it worked - reached $800/month in 5 months.

This is the way I approached Substack and it worked - reached $5,000/month in 11 months.

This is the way I approached this automated sales funnel and guess what - it worked, brought me to my first $10,000 month.

And believe me I’ve tried skipping this boring step. Result: 10 years of trial and error, zero side income, tons of frustration.

So now I follow the 5P framework: Proper Preparation Prevents Poor Performance

I found three types of successful webinars:

  1. Organic funnels (no ads, no automation, delivered manually).

  2. Ad-driven funnels (scaled with paid ads, automated or manual delivery).

  3. Million-dollar webinars (from professional creators, fully automated).

I fell in love with the third option, but I studied all of them for best practices.

I downloaded everything: slides, scripts, pages, emails.

I built a spreadsheet of every frame, CTA, and structure.

Every masterclass followed the same rhythm:

  • Problem → Solution → Proof → Process → Offer → Scarcity.

So I mapped it, and that became my working template.

You don’t need to reinvent a wheel that already converts. You just need to adapt it to your offers and your style.

3. Building the Deck

I started with a blank Canva template and placeholders for every slide, mapping the structure of the entire webinar.

Here’s the full structure of my presentation (mapped it from the 8 fig creators), which brings me $300/day:
