Monthly Round-Up: March'25 Earnings Report
March set to deliver on the changes I made up to now.
If there’s one thing I can tell you about growth is this: it compounds.
Sometimes you make changes, don’t see immediate results and change again. That very same moment you need to hold. And wait. Because some changes do nee more time to deliver.
That’s what happened with the changes I made in January and February. And that’s what I believe will happen with the changes I implemented in March.
As usual, this is what I have:

Content & Distribution
My experiment with Notes started delivering consistent results. Last month I worte how I doubled my daily growth of subscribers, but now I tripled it.
In March I got another viral Note which keeps growing.
And it’s all because my new system I implemented last month.
Notes + recommendations + staying active on the platform is the name of the game. But only one side of it: growth of free subscribers.
I’m also focused on monetization and that’s another major change I did in March: I launched the one and only Substack Quest. I haven’t finished it yet, it will take a bit of time but you’ll have it all in one place: my entire strategy, plus tons of tools and tactics ready to apply tomorrow. On Substack and beyond.
I believe Substack should be the core of your entire online business and this Quest is everything you need to make this work.
I also launched my coaching service along with the Quest. It’s focused on the Quest for now, more to come in the future.
One more thing in the distribution: I started an experiment in social media and Medium - I revamped my existing accounts and created some new, all of them focused on the Unplugged concept and leading to my free 10-day course lead magnet.
Preliminary analyses show impressive results, especially in conversion rates in some channels, so my next step is to automate this using Make.com and my custom GPTs. I’ll share more in the near future once I have more data.
Monetization
The Kit sequence I launched to help gain more paid subscriptions (instead of doing promotions every month like crazy) is now consistently delivering.
My preliminary analyses show that it contributes to about 50% of my paid subscriptions growth, and that’s exactly what I aimed for.
