This program is designed to accelerate the process of ramping up and getting directly into the growth phase of your Substack newsletter.

Our goal is to reach the phase of consistent new free and paid subscriber growth, turning it into a 6-figure business that operates in about 2 to 4 hours of your time per day with AI and automations.

We’ll get there by implementing the Unplugged Substack Quest Model.

Scope of the Program:

1) Your Positioning Strategy.

Together we will define your niche, topic, audience, your content pillars and your unique angle. When you nail that part down, everything becomes much easier.

2) Your Product Strategy.

Next, we will design the income sources. We’ll build your irresistible paid offer – from research to define, price, validate, present, and finally launch your Substack. This also includes setting-up your Substack for a high conversion rate, and scheduling your ongoing process of analysis and optimization.

3) Your Content Strategy.

Next, we will define your content pillars and build your content funnel so you don’t burn yourself out trying to figure out what to offer next. I’ll help with writing and copywriting, SEO, repurposing, crafting digital products, etc.

4) Your Growth Strategy & Implementation.

Next, we will plan the tactics for growth of monetizeable audience of free subscribers, launch your Substack and start implementing these tactics. We’ll scale your audience growth with sources outside of Substack. We will look at data, troubleshoot and optimize for acquisition, conversion and retention.

5) Your Monetization Strategy & Implementation.

Finally, we’ll craft the tactics to convert and retain paid subscribers, monetize free subscribers and scale your Substack to a 6-figure online business with automations and additional growth outside of Substack. We will track KPIs, predict your income analyze, troubleshoot and optimize for growth.

6) AI and Automations.

I help build personalized AI tools for you, on your end using your accounts, so that you keep the full implementation and copyright:

• a custom GPT or Claude skill, that writes like you - I will create it for you

• a custom GPT or Claude skill trained to write viral Notes, customized to your positioning (this is only available in the coaching program)

• a custom GPT or Claude skill trained to write viral headlines for your posts, customized to your audience (this is only available in the coaching program)

• Additional Claude skills / set-up as per your needs (CTAs, writing emails, sales sequences, sales pages, data analysis, automations, social media, AI avatar, etc.)

• Automations in Kit - so that you sell consistently.

• Automations in Make.com for social media - so that you grow organically beyond Substack.

7) Paid ads.

When we’re confident everything works and is profitable, I help implement paid advertising strategy, mostly focused on Meta channels (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), but also Google channels, and/or other social media paid ads (TikTok, Pinterest, X, etc). We focus on sales. It’s optional, in case you want to invest in scale. I help with account setup, ad campaign launch and optimization, ads creative and copy, and reporting.

As well as:

• I will recommend your Substack to help you grow faster (this is only available in the coaching program)

• Collaboration opportunities within the Unplugged community: co-create and collaborate with me to get more exposure and faster growth. This may include shoutouts, cross-posts, guest posts, lives, and other forms of collaboration as we agree (this is only available in the coaching program)

• Lifetime access to the Substack Quest (in case you’re not a paid Unplugged member)

How do we work together?

• We have regular individual 1:1 60-minute coaching meetings via Zoom. All meetings are recorded, and I provide links to the recordings.

• Between meetings, we stay in touch via Signal or WhatsApp.

• We document everything in a Google Doc - yours to keep.

Deliverables:

I’ll help you, hands-on, to complete the following milestones:

• Build your complete strategy

• Build your product portfolio and roadmap

• Build your delivery schedule and execution plan

• Set up your Substack and any other platforms needed

• Implement Kit sequences and make.com automations to sell your products

• Implement AI tools, build your own tools & set-up automations (I help with that hands-on during calls)

• Implement Meta (and other platforms) paid ads to scale your business (I help with that hands-on during calls)

Everything happens during the meetings, and I can take over your screen if you need me to.

This program covers it all:

• Strategy - where we define your business model in 6 areas:

  • Positioning - your, your audience, your competitors

  • Product - what you sell to your audience

  • Content - what you create to attract potential buyers

  • Growth - how you grow your audience

  • Monetization - how you sell to your audience

• Implementation - the tech part, where we set-up everything. I help if you need to, especially with sales, AI, automations and paid ads.

• Execution - the most crucial part of your success. We review KPIs and adapt based on your performance. Until it’s profitable and ready to scale.

You’ll have the entire setup on your end ready to start delivering. And I’ll stay by your side until you grow it as a viable, sustainable business.

Responsibilities:

• Together we define the initial strategies.

• You create and implement, I review and provide feedback.

• I set-up the tech stuff - AI, automations, sales funnels, paid ads - during the meetings.

• Together we look at data and adapt strategies to optimize conversion and scale.

Timing:

It’s optimal to meet once per week for 60 minutes, but I’m flexible to do meetings twice a week or once every two weeks, according to your need and for as long as our schedules allow.

Within the first 12 weeks you should have your Substack up and running, gaining new subscribers consistently and feeling confident that you know what you’re doing on Substack.

Within 6 months you should have products and sales funnels set up and running, and we should be able to know whether the newsletter is set to become a 6-figure business or we need to change something and in which areas. We do that until it’s fully set to become profitable and scale.

Investment:

I’ve made myself available for just 3-6 people and the spots are almost filled. So before we start discussing your investment, we need a discovery call, to make sure we’re a good fit.

What is the difference between this coaching program and the VIP membership?

The coaching program is the natural extension of the VIP membership. Here’s what’s different:

1. The VIP membership grants you only one 60-minute meeting and one 30-minute meeting per year, but no direct support with the implementation or execution. With the coaching program, you have direct and regular weekly access to me, which grants you the maximum level of accountability and discipline plus my eyes on everything you do - that’s how you achieve what I call “excellence in execution”, i.e. we make sure you implement everything the right way, which is 80% of success.

2. The coaching program helps with growth outside of Substack - social media and Meta paid ads, while the VIP membership is only focused on Substack.

What about refunds?

I will refund a payment for a meeting which did not take place for whatever reasons. No refunds are available for meetings that already took place in the past.

You can opt-out at any time. In case you’ve paid for a package of 12 or 24 meetings and decide to opt-out, I will refund a pro-rated amount for the meetings which didn’t take place.
