Every 3 months for about 6 weeks we go on a weekly live on Zoom where I help VIP members optimize their Substack for a high conversion rate.
This is the missing piece of the QUEST - the hands-on implementation, walk through the settings and application of all strategies in the QUEST.
I do this live & regularly every 3 months to make sure we’re up to date and cover all new Substack features.

What’s the schedule?

What’s the time: 8:30 pm CEST Europe / 2:30 pm EDT US
How long is the call: about 2 hours, but I’m flexible to stay more cover all your questions or finish early if we’re done for the day
What’s the format:
each call will have two parts - first I show you how to implement, then I open to Q&A and discussions. Make sure you join with camera on and be active.
between the calls you’ll have homework to do till the next call.

use the Sparring group chat to get feedback on your work.
Before the first call: prepare your problem you can solve for your buyers.
