I guess this is the kick up the butt I needed to finally start taking things a little more seriously here.
And learning about how all of this works, it’s actually helpful that substack is rolling the tool out in stages so that I’m not overwhelmed and can learn as it evolves! This overall sounds great for someone like me!

Not yet, It’s currently in beta, for bestsellers only to test. It should be live to everyone soon I think

It's beta now, only for bestsellers. It will be released to all users in the near future yes.

Yes, I believe it’s a must have feature. And I think they will replace the welcome emails so we’ll must use them :)

As an email strategist, I love that they made this possible, esp with the lack of a public API to facilitate more custom integrations.
That said, like you say, it's still limited but a MASSIVE step in the right direction.
Tho — being beta, it doesn't seem available to everyone, it's at least not visible on my side 😔
