This last Thursday was my mother's 2-year anniversary of her "life graduation" -- her words. This is her tribute. She was my badass role model. She "graduated" at 96, and I was 24/7 caregiver for more than 3 years. She honored us by sharing our home for two decades.
Even though not satisfied with the outcome, I would still like to know what happened to this person. Were they let go or something else done to them? Now I’m curious. 🧐

Nel, you are one smart cookie. Being a doctoral candidate can be challenging. I went back to school at the age of 58 for egotistical reasons.
I wanted PhD on my book cover 😂 and got so engrossed in studying metaphysics, it was time well spent.
