LiminalityπŸŒ™

A place you cannot stay in forever,

and yet somehow never leave.

A poem about the space in between, limerence and longing for something that never was.

Here is my latest article. It's about the problem with Tony Robbins' statement, "Change your story, change your life."

"What would make the next 10 minutes easier?”

Small relief is often what keeps people psychologically functional.

I like this.

Mine would be to just sit down and get started on the big thing that I am worrying about.

While this is not my latest post, it is a post that I got most traction on which has made me understand what my readers want more of. That is invaluable information.

It's called: When Modern Medicine Has No Answer: What Ayurveda Taught Me About Listening To My Gut

First, I really like your writing, it’s very smooth, and your site’s color selection is soothing. Well done.

Second, around 15 years ago I had a blog where I presented the latest science on the gut brain connection, and how food, simple supplements, and mindfulness could replace antidepressants, and I got shadow banned off the internet. So I wish you the best of success in helping others.
