2026 starts steady strong. Here's what happened in January.
First month of the year is over, and I’m starting strong.
I’m stable at above $5K/month and I’m all in into scaling this.

Content & Distribution
A few major changes happened on the content side:
I finally launched the VIP Club - we’re more than 50 VIPs now, most of us experienced on Substack, some already bestsellers. We share what works and what doesn’t on the monthly Masterminds, and we keep the conversation going in the WhatsApp group.
I’ve also launched one of its kind - The Data-Driven Online Writing course. I’ve packed my whole experience, combined with heavy AI analysis about what gets engagement and what sells. It’s all condensed in just one hour - yours to implement. It’s VIPs only, but if just for the next few days I’ve prepared a special price only for paid members (find it at the end of this post in the PS section).
On the distribution side, I’ve kept everything I’ve built as systems so far, plus something new:
