📍WORKSHOP: My exact System of how I launched an online business and grew it to >$5k/month using AI

I’ve started writing online with AI to make money in 2023, but I decided to take it seriously and grow it as a business in February 2024.

This is my exact strategy and how you can replicate it. 

Who am I?

• A 9-5-er, working in a telecom as a leader of product management teams 

• Know product, sales and marketing. A leader and a coach

• Techy and nerdy, love numbers, data, Excel, AI tools, and building products 

• Passionate about AI, learning python programming

• Growth mindset, investing in myself 

• Love to make money with AI on the side 

• Live in Europe and have a crazy Jack Russell dog 

What I’ve Tried to Make Money with AI?

Everything. 

Here’s a list of my frustrations:

1. Selling images on image banks like iStockphoto 

2. Selling designs on print on demand marketplaces like Redbubble

3. Selling coloring, low and no content books on Amazon KDP

4. Selling dropshipping phone cases with my own original designs 

5. Growing a faceless YouTube channel 

6. Selling NFTs with my own design

7. Writing on Medium 

None of these works.

Then I found newsletters.

The challenge? Email list. 

Then I found Substack. 

Why Newsletter?

1. It’s an asset. 

2. It can grow exponentially. The ONLY business model that you can scale to a 7-figure without depending on algorithms and other platforms.

3. It stands the test of time as a business model.

4. I can run it in 2 hours per day on the side of my 9-5. No need to write daily, although it’s better. 

5. The most effective way to sell with high conversion rates.

6. Multiple revenue streams.

7. Automation to earn while you sleep.

8. Potential to sell it for a significant amount after you grow it.
